Spa Front Desk Receptionist

Full Time Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment. The Spa Receptionist will manage appointments, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.


Key Responsibilities

    • Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
    • Manage and schedule appointments using the spa’s booking software.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
    • Handle client inquiries, providing information about spa services, products, and special promotions.
    • Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing supplies and promotional materials.
    • Assist with retail sales, including recommending and promoting spa products.
    • Address and resolve client complaints or issues with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
    • Uphold spa policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
    • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
